Thank you so much for all your condolences. Many people have asked us if there is anything they can do for our family during this hard time. We would like to put together a memorial for Keith that represents our love for him and his time and compassion that he has brought to our community. We strive to make this memorial a celebration of his life for everyone he has touched. We would like for you to celebrate the joys and achievements he has brought to us. Your contributions will help Summer and the girls afford to hold this tribute to Keith. It will also help them with they day to day fiancial needs during this hard time. Date of the memorial TBD. | The first time I met Keith, we went on a 5 day road trip together from Atlanta, staying in Knoxville a couple days, and then up to DC. The guy didn't even know me, but was welcoming enough to say,"Hey, I'll give you a ride, no problem."
He was always that inviting. Though there are many that knew him far more in depth than I, I always enjoyed our smack-talking and other such friendly rivalry, and looked forward to seeing him around at events to share a drink with and catch up.
I mourn for myself during this time, but so much more so mourn for Summer, Ella, and Anna. I saw in him a couple years ago that what he was most proud and joyous of was being a husband and a father. There are no words that could describe the extent of pain and loss you must be feeling now. The only thing I can say to this is that we all cared very much for Keith, and if there is anything I can do to help you and the girls in anyway, all you have to do is ask. |

| I am so very sorry about Keith's death. My son died in an accident almost 2 years ago; I know you are all in shock and great pain right now. The waves of grief will come forever, but you will survive. I encourage you to seek support in groups such as Hospice and The Compassionate Friends. You probably won't feel ready for this for a few months, but keep it in mind for when the shock starts to lift. No words can help the agony, but know you are not alone. |

| Keith was like a brother to me in HS and college. I don't know what I would have done without his friendship. I remember the time he discovered I was really upset and handed me a hammer and an old keyboard, insisting that I smash the keyboard rather than harming myself. | The dancers of Boston, MA banded together during a weekly dance immediately after we heard the news and held a fundraiser. This donation is all of the proceeds of our dance.
