It's so easy to fight with the four button remote controls. Press and hold the front 2 to go forward or press and hold the back 2 to go backwards. If you hold alternate front and back buttons you will rapidly spin on the spot (so, it's like controlling a tank).
Every so often, your wrestler will yell out at your opponent one of the following Hakke-yoi! or Nokotta! These are both terms referees in Sumo matches yell at the wrestlers to keep them going.
